We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, with twice daily cleaning. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown. We found convenient parking options and easy access to transportation. The staff was outstandingly friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast.

The breakfast and lunch were absolutely amazing. I loved the 24-hour pool that allowed for a late night swim if desired. The hotel staff went above and beyond when I had an accident, ensuring that my stay and recovery were wonderful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds. The sunrise view from my suite on the 22nd floor was breathtaking. The friendly and helpful staff, including the perfect concierge, made my stay even better.

Cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel staff kept our room spotless with twice daily cleanings.
The hotel facilities were top-notch. We had access to Equinox Gym and all its amenities, including the 24-hour open pool and hot jacuzzi.
The location in the main restaurant substandard offered a wide range of dining options within walking distance.
Transportation was convenient with easy access to Uber services.
